About Widespan Buildings
Our company was founded on the desire to produce an effective building solution for customer, enabling us to construct buildings to meet their needs quickly and easily.
The Company (Mahoe Developments NZ Ltd) was registered in 1993. A trading business was set up to fabricate steel framed buildings, steel farm buildings and medium to large warehouse buildings.
At that time our company was the only company outside of Australia to be a licensed BHP Steel Supraframe fabricator.
As a result of experience gained over several years in the steel framing industry, we are able to offer an informed service using our wide knowledge and understanding of steel framing.
All our buildings are designed to an Industrial Engineered Standard. Our unique system is totally bolted using only Structural Grade Engineering bolts and washers. Our cold form range of building, range for 15m to 25m clear span up to 7.5m Bays and 7m high.
Our specific structural range covers above 25m to 60m clear span.
We have our own form work contractors who do all our concrete slab and tilt panels. All buildings are bolted to foundation by cast in bolt clusters only. All roofing contractors are experienced in this field and members of the Roofing Federation.
Mahoe Development NZ Ltd has expanded in to Structural steel and tilt panel buildings doing turn-key operations. Several large buildings have been completed and several more are ready to start.
Our structural steel and tilt panel buildings are designed by Qualified Engineers.
